The Megway continues north and south. On the off-ramps here you see many of the citizens of Mega-City One doing nothing. You see of every hundred citizens, it can be guaranteed that 87 of them will be totally unemployed, and that a further five will not work more than ten hours a week. To the east there is a dark alley and to the west is Rietzik's Shuggy Hall.
